- We believe in God the Father: The Eternal Spirit. Father of our Lord, Jesus Christ and Father of man. He called the worlds into being, created man in his own image, and set in place the ways of life and death.He seeks in love to save all from sin. He judges men and nations by his righteous will as declared through prophets and apostles.
- We believe In Jesus Christ of Nazareth, our crucified and risen Lord. He was eternally one with the Father, became incarnate by the Holy Spirit, and was born of the Virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended to hell, but on the third day he rose again from the dead. Then He ascended to heavenHe came to us and shared our common lot, conquering sin and death and reconciling the world to himself.
He promises forgiveness of sins and eternal life in his kingdom which has no end to all who trust him.
- We believe in the Holy Spirit: that He is ever present and active in and with the Church, convincing the world of sin, regenerating those who repent and believe, and sanctifying believers.
- We believe in the Holy Scriptures: In which there are 66 books of the Old and New Testaments, given by divine inspiration and recorded by prophets and apostles; revealing the will of God concerning us in all things necessary to our salvation.
- We believe in the Church of Jesus Christ: In which he calls us in to accept the call to discipleship; to be his servants in the service of men; to proclaim the gospel to all the world; to resist the powers of evil; to share in Christ’s baptism; to partake in the communion of saints; and to join with other believers in worship, prayer, and fellowship.
